Teach classes to adults or children and earn money

Do you have a skill you'd like to share, or are you good at watching children? You can supplement your income by teaching a class on the Classient.com platform. Here's an example of what one of our classes looks like. Classient.com will provide your class with a webpage like this one which will allow you to advertise your class and collect debit/credit card payments for you from your students (or their parents). You'll never have to collect payment in person from students or chase them later for payments. We'll handle all the finances and pay your net earnings out to you monthly.
Features

A professional look

Classient.com will provide your class with a webpage like this one which will allow you to advertise your class to friends, social media, and anywhere else you want to recruit students, with all information and class dates.

Accept credit/debit card payments

Never chase students or their parents for payments again and never any need to collect payment in person from them. They've already paid up via Classient when they show up for your class!

Collect students information

Classient will collect all students + parents information when they book their classes including names and phone numbers, and ensure that all students are within the date ranges you specified for your class.

Login to track activity

You can always login to your Classient.com teacher account to see who's coming to each of your classes, look up their contact information, get in touch with them via phone or email if needed, and see who came to prior class dates.

Prompt monthly payments

At the beginning of each month, we'll tally up all your class earnings from the previous month and send you your total payment, net of any Classient.com fees (see FAQ). Payments are usually sent via PayPal and arrive in a few days.

We'll help you as much as we can

We want you to focus on teaching and support you every step of the way. We'll help you set up and maintain your class on Classient.com, and share ideas with you on finding and recruiting students in your local market using your class webpage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can teach a class on Classient?
Our teachers are carefully vetted but could be from many different backgrounds. We look for people who have a special skill to offer children or adults, enjoy teaching, have experience with teaching as a parent, a professional educator, or a similar role, and can host a class at their home or a location they are authorized to use. If you feel like you have something you'd like to teach, please consider contacting us and enquiring about becoming one of our teachers. We are recruiting all over the USA - and worldwide!
Where can I teach my class?
Most of our teachers have a room at home they set aside for teaching classes. Some other teachers use locations like libraries, churches, or outdoor locations like parks. If you're not teaching a class at home, you need to be authorized to use the location you'd like to teach at.
What does it cost?
There are no upfront fees for teachers on Classient.com - no fees to join the platform, no setup fees, and no monthly dues. Teachers only pay a small fraction (10%) of their actual earnings from the classes they teach. This goes down further to 7% for all earnings above $1,000 in any given month. Note that credit card processing fees of approximately 3% are also assessed by our card payment processor in addition to the Classient fee.
When do I get paid?
Teachers are paid monthly. At the end of each month we'll tally up all your earnings from that month, deduct the applicable fees, and send you your payment. Payments are usually made by PayPal and arrive within a few days.
