If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License

7. Booking service only
Classient.com provides a convenient way for users to book classes only and provides teachers with an online booking system. By booking a class on Classient.com you understand and accept that Classient.com is a booking system only and does NOT screen, endorse, vet, or background check teachers using Classient.com to take bookings in any way. You understand and accept that you are fully responsible for undertaking your own research into any teachers you decide to book classes with on Classient.com. You understand and accept that in no event will Classient.com be liable for any of the actions of any of the teachers on the Classient.com website with respect to any students you enroll in their classes.
You agree to hold Classient.com harmless against any and all claims for losses, liability, damages, judgements, civil charges, costs, expenses, claims or demands (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the services done or to be performed by teachers using the Classient.com website to take class bookings, or by virtue of any accident, damage, or injury to persons or property which may occur as a result of enrolling students with any teachers on Classient.com, or in connection with or arising out of your acts or negligent omissions when using the Classient.com website.
8. Payments via Classient.com only
As a teacher on the Classient.com platform, you agree to accept payment for any class you offer on the Classient.com website via the Classient.com online payment system ONLY. You agree never to accept such payment outside the Classient.com online payment system, and to never encourage or request students or their guardians to make any payments for any classes outside the Classient.com online payment system.
As a student or guardian of a student, you agree to make payment for any class you take on the Classient.com website via the Classient.com online payment system ONLY. You agree never to request to make such payment outside the Classient.com online payment system, and to never accept making any payments for any classes outside the Classient.com online payment system if you are asked to do so by any teacher. You agree to report any such teacher making such a request to Classient.com immediately.
Violation of this term will result in immediate and permanent termination of any violating teacher and/or students/student guardians from the Classient.com platform.
9. No child care provided for tax purposes
If you are a parent or guardian of a child booking classes for a child/children on the Classient.com platform, you understand that Classient.com and the teachers using it as a booking system for their classes are only in the business of providing educational classes, and are unable to provide any form of child care which would allow you to work or actively seek work while your child/children is/are attending such classes (see: https://apps.irs.gov/app/IPAR/resources/help/WorkRelatedExpenses.html). You agree that you will not attempt to use Classient.com for any such purpose at any time. If you violate this term and use a Classient.com class to obtain care for your child while working or actively seeking work, you understand that you are using Classient.com and the classes offered on it for a purpose they are not intended for and that you will not be able to claim any tax benefits (such as the child care tax credit in the USA) with the expenses you incur.
In addition if you are a parent or guardian of a child booking classes for a child/children on the Classient.com platform, you understand that Classient.com and the teachers using it as a booking system for their classes do not collect or keep sufficient records to provide you with tax receipts or other documents that can be used to claim any tax benefit in any tax jurisdiction worldwide, and as a result will be unable to ever furnish any such tax receipts or other documents. You agree as part of these terms to never request any such tax receipts or other documents.
10. Modifications
Classient.com may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
